Alice in Wonderland & A Whimsical Tutorial Piece

Last time I posted here was the start of Feb, so I figured it would probably be a good idea to show you some of the stuff that I've been working on lately!

I made this awesome canvas for my daughters bedroom.. I'll have it printed and put it on the wall.

It started as a blue gradient, with some grass.. then I added the buildings, changed perspectives and blurred them a little to help with the depth of field, and added the road, the city, gutters, lamp posts, etc.. and of course, the car and butterflies..
So, leave some comment love and tell me what you think!

I also made this fantabulous Alice in Wonderland 'Jabberwocky' wall paper.. I just love the Mad Hatter and thought that an image of him would make a great manip.. so I made this.. It was inspired by a friends dh, who loves the poem.. :P If you're after a copy that you can use as a wallpaper, (larger image) leave me some comment love and I will forward it on to you!

Modern Wizard

Morning/Afternoon/Evening ladies/gents :)

So, ive been playing around with some tutorials lately, because I get sidetracked easily.. ;) So I decided to make a 'modern wizard'.. you can find the tutorial here.

It didn't take me as long as I thought it would, and i learnt some really cool new techniques for cutting around 'fly-away hair' that worked well.. so this beauty is my new wallpaper on my computer :P

Sorry! I cant ALWAYS do celebs and stuff :P

I also wanted to give a quick shout out to these guys --> Textures Library. I downloaded a shite-load of new textures and patterns and stuff from them to add to photoshop, and you know what? The best part is - they're ALL FREE! So go grab them.. and I have to mention that I didnt find these all on my own :P HV found them for me :)

So without further ado - here is my Modern Wizard..

It started off like this -->

And ended up like this -->
